Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026

These Terms are a license agreement between you and the owner of sabka.cc (“we”, “us”), the operator of https://sabka.cc (the “Service”). By buying a pack or uploading a video, you accept these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2.1. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Service online for its intended purpose.

2.2. The license covers the credits in your pack and lasts 12 months from the payment date. Credits not used within that period expire.

3. How the Service works

3.1. You upload a video up to 3 minutes long and 300 MB in size, with an audio track, and choose a style. The Service transcribes the speech, cuts pauses and retakes if you ask it to, adds captions and graphics and renders the Result as an MP4 file.

3.2. Processing is fully automatic. Scene planning, graphics, translation and caption styling are done by a language model. Transcription, translation and editing may contain mistakes, so please review the Result before you publish it.

3.3. Videos are processed in queue order. The time estimate on the website is approximate.

3.4. Your source video is kept for 72 hours after the build and the Result for 14 days after upload. Once the source is deleted, the video can no longer be rebuilt. Please download your Results.

4. Pricing and payment

4.1. The license fee is the price of the pack shown on the website at the time of payment. Prices are final and include all taxes.

4.2. Payments are processed by our payment partner. We never receive your card details.

4.3. Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Each processing run uses one credit.

4.4. If a video fails to build because of a Service error, the credit is returned automatically. If a video is rejected at the check (over 3 minutes, no sound, an unreadable file or speech in an unsupported language), no credit is used.

5. Refunds

5.1. You may cancel at any time and get a refund for the unused credits in your pack, calculated at the pack’s per-video price.

5.2. If the Service was unavailable or materially defective through our fault, you are entitled to a full refund for the affected credits.

5.3. To request a refund, email starostin.media@gmail.com from the address used for payment, with the payment date and amount. We review requests and issue refunds within 10 days, to the original payment method.

6. Your videos

6.1. You keep all rights to the videos you upload and to the Results. We use your video only to build the Result: we don’t publish it, don’t share it beyond the processors listed in the Privacy Policy and don’t use it to train AI models.

6.2. You confirm that you have the rights to the video and that everyone who appears in it has agreed to it being processed and published.

6.3. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes anyone’s rights, or contains violence, pornography or extremist material. We may remove such content and suspend access without a refund for credits already used.

7. Liability

7.1. The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits or for the consequences of publishing a Result.

7.2. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent pack, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

8. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes and governing law

9.1. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first. Send your claim to starostin.media@gmail.com and we will reply within 10 days.

9.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on the website. Updates apply from publication and do not change the terms of packs you have already paid for.
